Refund policy

BooBooClay 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@boobooclay.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 108, 15 Sukhumvit 38 Alley, Phra Khanong, Khet Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized handmade items cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about your specific item, please reach out to us.

 

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
