Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States
  • Select countries in Europe (please check availability at checkout)
  • Australia

Processing Time:

Each piece is handmade and requires care and attention before shipping. As a result, orders may take up to 7 days to process before being shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Methods:

We use Thailand Post EMS service for all our shipments. This service offers reliable and traceable shipping to the countries we serve. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Customs and Duties:

BooBooClay does not cover any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees.
