Will be available in two colors: • Dark Brown — deep, warm, and dessert-like • Yellow — soft, buttery, and light
Please note: The top rim of each canelé is intentionally left unglazed. This allows the piece to be fired safely without sticking to the kiln shelf. I chose to leave the top unglazed rather than the detailed ridges at the bottom, as the piece is designed to be displayed upright, just like a real cannelé pastry 🤍
